Mediterranean themed Gardens at Beachwalk is one of Fort Myers most popular condominium developments, conveniently located only 4 miles from some of the best beaches in South West Florida.
This home is bright, modern and the perfect base to explore the surrounding beaches. The floor plan is open in style with the living, dining and the kitchen area combined. There is also a separate utility room with washer/dryer situated off of the kitchen area. The spacious bedrooms are split plan which means they are located on either side of the unit to provide guests with the utmost privacy. The home has Cable TV and free Wifi. The final touch is glass sliding doors leading out to your own private lanai overlooking the lake and clubhouse area.

Gardens at Beachwalk has a lake as the focal point of the community pool area. There is also a clubhouse available for guests' use with a gym fitness facility for those wishing for something a little more strenuous.
