This One Bedroom apartment is part of AVA Cocoa Beach, a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental complex offering beautiful, modern, coastal apartments at a resort-style property with LESS THAN A ONE MINUTE WALK to the beach! Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach! There is only one free assigned parking space per unit.

This BEAUTIFUL one bedroom apartment features a king bed, bathroom with a tub, and a queen bed sofa sleeper. You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit.

This gorgeous unit has the following: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality iSerta mattress is in this unit.

There is a lovely patio out front with tables and chairs. In the back there is a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

We always enjoy our stay!

We have stayed in the same cute apartment for the last two years. It is well kept and close to everything. It’s equipped for one night or a longer stay. The grounds are very comfortable with gas grills. We booked two weeks for 2027 before we left. I would highly recommend it!

Adorable property and communicative host. If it were warmer I would have loved to use all the beach amenities. Bed was comfortable and the unit uad anything you might need. Bathroom was a bit small. Being a larger person, the toilet was so close to the sink and tub it was almost unusable. Key code wasnt changed to my number so when i checked in I had to wait for a response in the app to get in, but it was less than 15min. Overall........the place was adorable, well stocked and othrr than the bathroom, i could've moved right in.

Loved everything about this small hotel. The property and units are well maintained. A very short walk to the beach and no super busy roads to cross. I stayed in unit D and it was perfect; very spacious and clean. Communication with property management was excellent. They are quick to respond and very accommodating. I visit the area often and look forward to staying here many times in the future. Much better than the big chain hotels!

We absolutely loved our stay! The rental was very clean, comfy and within walking distance to the beach. The community beach chairs and umbrellas were all in great condition, and was a nice touch to our beach stay. Communication was great and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Easy location

It was a little smaller than the pictures seemed, much like an extended stay hotel room, but I was very happy with the accommodations since it was just me. It was clean nicely appointed and comfortable. Would certainly recommend especially when you will be spending most of your day on the beach.

We visited Kennedy Space Center one day and another on the beach. Got up to watch the sunrise every morning and found the beach quiet. Good assortment of food options in the area. Property was great as were the folks staying in other surrounding units. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental! I wish we booked more days but we made it a short weekend. The access to the beach is really close, to food and things to do not a far walk at all! We came here with our baby it was perfect for two people and a small child. The place was so clean and modern with a hint of beach feelz. We want to book next year already!

This property was perfect for our family of 3. I agree that 4 people is max number of people for this property. The listing is very accurate, only a few steps walk to the beach. We really like this property, it has everything including all the essential and a few more nice touches like coffee, cream and amenities. We used the beach chairs and laundry while we there and it's very convenience. We would go back and stay there again.

Our recent stay in Unit D was everything we have come to expect at Ava Apts. Unit D is a one bedroom, full kitchenette, one bedroom and living room. As always, the unit is extremely clean, welcoming and has all essentials that is needed. Lots of towels, perfect set up in Kitchen, quiet ceiling fans, and lovely sitting area and tv. We always enjoy the use of the chairs, wagons, umbrellas and cooler to take to the beach. This trip we also had the opportunity to walk to the beach and watch a Space X space ship take off, what an extraordinary experience.
