**The Pines Lodge Temporary Closure Notice**



The Pines Lodge will be temporarily closed from August 1, 2026 through

November 11, 2026. During this time, we will be completing necessary HVAC

repairs:

Hotel room repairs will begin on August 1, 2026

Condo repairs will begin on September 1, 2026

Townhomes will not be impacted and will remain open during this period. We

sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and

appreciate your understanding as we complete these important improvements.

alone shower.



The living area is spacious and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and an

abundance of natural light provided by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The space

offers several modern amenities including a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo

system, and complimentary wireless internet throughout.



The living area opens to the fully equipped kitchen with all of your cooking

needs. Prepare home-made meals and enjoy them with friends and family in the

dining area with seating for up to 8 people. Additional bar seating is also

available providing ample space for the whole group or family! Enjoy fresh

alpine air and gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains while relaxing on the

private deck or while preparing a meal on your outdoor grill. For added

convenience, the unit features a washer and dryer along with parking for two

vehicles.

transfer guests back and forth to the property.
