Great location! Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown Quebec City and all that it offers. The condo had all the necessities for a family of four. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and eating breakfast on the quiet patio. The bed's were a bit firm for our liking but the pillows were soft. The hosts were easy to reach and prompt with replies to any questions that we had. We would stay there again if we're ever in the area.
What a great place! Felt very fresh and clean and having the hot tub right outside the door was amazing. Under 15 minute drive to everything. Neighborhood is so cool and walkable (and the ice cream store opened for the season while we were there!!) Messaging with the host was seamless and they were very responsive. Can’t wait to come back again.

Very nice spot, clean, well organized excellent communication. Great location gas station next door serves as a small butcher, grocery and liquor store leaving everything your need right at your door step. Everything fun to do within 20 minutes each direction which made it very convenient. We would stay again.

Our stay at this comfy VRBO was much too short! Quebec City is an amazing place and we had a great time. The location was great due to... 1. it's right next to an ice cream shop and 2. it's centrally located between Q City and the Falls and very close to bike trails! You're basically between a small grocery store and an ice cream place. As for the property itself, we had plenty of room to spread out. The surfaces were uncluttered and available. We loved the big dining table between the kitchen and the living room. The king bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was great! When you look out the window of the living room it's like you're in a cabin in the woods. There's also a nice view of the St. Lawrence River from the property, and it's especially nice on a sunny morning. Pro tip: definitely use the photos sent by the host for finding the property. We had to copy and paste the URL into a search; it doesn't come through VRBO as a link for some reason. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again!
We arrived for our first trip to Quebec and we're excited for our holiday, but it quickly became disappointing. When we arrived we found all the bedding covered with dog hair and stained with a sticky substance, and also lack of towels. The floors so dirty that we had to each have a pair of indoor only socks which quickly turned black. We also found both the washer and dryer both full and smelling musty; we ended up doing 3 loads of laundry before going to bed that first night and wiped down any hard surfaces as they were also dirty. I attempted to vacuum the floor and entry carpet with a vacuum but it was so full of dirt and the brush head so dirty that it was ineffective. To finish our first night the dishwasher only ran for 15 minutes before shutting down with a low pressure error, which meant hand washing was the only alternative. I reached out to the owner with pictures of our issues but there was no resolution for any of the issues for our stay there.Another thing to note is that this rental is a basement apartment of a triplex and for the first 2 nights we had noisy upstairs renters which kept us up late each night.Of the positive thing to note; the hot tub was very nice, the appliances were modern and the shower was nice.
