I currently live in NC but was born and raised in upstate NY (not too far from this home) I have a wife, 2 kids and we love to vacation. The outdoor activities In upstate NY is what draws us back.

Why they chose this property

We recently purchased this property because of peacefulness and view and the fresh mountain air. From the side porch we love to drink a fresh cup of coffee and eat a grilled donut. We also enjoy a fresh slice of homemade pie with our meals from Henry's Drive-in ( A local Diner in Afton NY just a short 15 minute scenic drive.)
Another favorite pass time is watching the wildlife. Some of the many animals in the area are: lots of deer, turkey, fox, bear and all kinds of birds including our local rodent and pest control the owls.

What makes this property unique

Veiws, peace and quite, no traffic , and the abillity to unplug and refresh your mind body and sprit.
