The house description did not match the home. The pool malfunctioned several times. The amenities such as ironing board were in poor condition and needed to be replaced. There was no fan in the kids room and extremely poor ventilation causing the room to be very hot. Overall the property and the home looked nice. But slightly disappointed with the smaller details

Some water damage in downstairs room, but overall very nice new and clean. Water park facilities were great and staff were friendly and helpful. Only dealt complaint is communication was difficult. Contacting VRBO and told to reach to someone directly with property, odd fromOther Vrbo experiences. Also no check out instructions were ever sent to me.Would certainly stay again and recommend to friends!
