TVs and ceiling fans are in every room, AC and heat are individual climate control units, and there is high-speed Wi-Fi. All windows are fitted with blinds.
This home is maintained as an animal-free home due to severe asthma triggers for the owner. Any animal exposure can create serious health impacts and will require extensive remediation.
Exterior cameras are present at the front door, driveway, and rear patio. The rear patio is turned off during guest stays. The front door and driveway remain active. There are no interior cameras.

Everything was as described, the house is spacious, very clean, well equipped and conveniently located.Stephanie was quick and helpful with our enquiries, we highly recommend this listing.
Such a convenient location for all kinds of activities and house was immaculate with lots of great extras. Host was very very available and helpful! If we weren't traveling to other parks farther away we would have loved to have stayed here longer.
The property and owners were absolutely amazing. All set up, high quality amenities and absolutely a beautiful home. You can see the lake from the home New, quite neighborhood, close to town but quite feel!

We responded promptly during your stay and also provide garage door openers as an additional access option. We absolutely loved our stay here! I had been in touch with the property manager ever since we booked, and she was amazing.. quick to respond, kind, and made check-in effortless.The house is in a new development, and you can already tell this neighborhood will soon be one of the best places to live in Page. It’s just about 12 minutes from town and a mile from the Utah border, close enough to everything, yet peaceful with those wide-open desert views that take your breath away.The moment we walked in, everything felt so thoughtfully arranged. The hosts have such an eye for detail…from a well-stocked spice rack to laundry detergent, they’ve made sure guests have everything they need. My wife and I love to cook, so finding a full set of stainless steel pots and pans (no Teflon!) was a huge win for us. The evenings by the grill and hot tub were perfect after long days exploring, though we didn’t use them. The house itself is spacious and cozy, three bedrooms with bunk beds, so it can easily host a big family or a group of friends. And the cherry on top? A fast charger right in the garage…such a thoughtful touch!We left with full hearts and happy memories. Next year when we visit Zion, we’re not even looking anywhere else…we’re coming right back here.
