Had the time of my life at this hill country gem! I thought it was cute in the day time, but at night time it was even better with all the lights and the fire pit. The AC kept things nice and cool. A great weekend!

The privacy screens were blown down and/or damaged and the grass/weeds were pretty tall. The view was beautiful though. Overall it was a nice stay. I just didn't realize how small the trailer was. It is very quiet and peaceful though. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The tiny cabin was great for 2 people. Definitely go in the daylight to find it easier but we did no problem. Glad I drive a Jeep because a low vehicle will not like the non-paved road. We are coffee drinkers, I brought some coffee but the cabin could use more. Also maybe bigger towels! But overall, the place was great for 2!

My host, Dave was on the spot once I checked in, he was professional & I had no problems, the little RV was so very quaint, comfortable and clean, I was pleased that I could sit outside and have my morning coffee , it was so very comforting, I will definitely do business again with Dave & VRBO
