Spring break

This was our first time visiting orange beach, the location was great. Pools and beach and live music was great. The cleanliness of the condo was not good, the tile counter top was held together with blue painters tape, the shower controls fell off into my hand when adjusting temperature. My husband and I could barely open the sliding door to the patio, it was so heavy and did not stay in the track. The condo could use a little love. The property manager was so easy to contact and great communication. We will return but will look into a different unit.

Fun in the sun

The condo was nice however the floors were very dirty when we arrived. No rugs to wipe your feet on. One of the fans in the living room shacks a lot to the point we were scared to use it. They said they fixed it but still shuck too much. There is a whole in the wall when you enter. We did enjoy our stay Thank you

Enjoyable stay at Phoenix X

The condo was great, the only issue is the floor was not that clean. My wife spilt some water and when she wiped it up the paper towel was black.

We enjoyed our stay; Would say that the kitchen needs a few extra items. (No pot holders and only 2 dish towels; maybe some Tupperware; more cooking utensils) However, condo was great.

I have stayed in the Phoenix 10 on several occasions. This was a very nice condo and tastefully decorated. As with any rental property, there are a few cosmetic areas that needs work. Some wall scrapes in the hallway need repair and painting. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing, little lumpy. Overall a nice stay, and comfortable.

Perfect anniversary trip at Phoenix X #215

This condo was clean, comfortable very nice decor. Called front desk for a drawer in kitchen repaired in under 30 minutes. During the COVID pandemic we felt comfortable knowing the workers at Phoenix X we doing their best to keep everything clean and safe. The condo 215 was the absolute best!!! We will be back!!

Enjoyed greatly but some items are worth making the owner aware of

Had a great time and only have a few items to mention for the Benefit of the owner and the next guest. Room 215 at Phoenix X is in bad need of a new couch and twin bed mattresses. The couch sinks in and the pull out bed as well sinks due to missing springs. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were worn out. The washing machine took over an hour to wash for some reason. Everything else was perfect. Hopefully the owner will be made aware as I know I would want to know.
