Welcome to Cocoplum #3, a well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, where every detail is crafted to ensure your vacation is truly memorable. With a King bed in the primary bedroom and a King bed in the guest room, perfect for two couples, along with high-quality linens and towels, comfort is guaranteed for up to four guests.

Fully Equipped:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishes, all new appliances (2025), including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the unit.

Entertainment:

Entertainment options abound with a large HD TV in the living room and a 32-inch HD TV in the primary bedroom. Both TVs are set up with a FireStick for live TV streaming, featuring all major networks, cable channels, movies, and music. Netflix and Prime Video are already configured on both TVs for your enjoyment. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet and local telephone landlines are included for your convenience.

With our amazing TV streaming service offering over 1,300 channels including all HBO channels, Starz, Showtime, and a full lineup of sports channels, you'll have endless entertainment options at your fingertips. So just bring your personal items and leave the rest to us.

Essentials Start Pack Included:

Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started., along with plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, baggies, foil, and plastic wrap.

Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, face tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Space:

A highlight of the condo is the large, fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation.  It is furnished with an outdoor dining table.

The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.

Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.

Inclusions:

We've included 4 complimentary lightweight folding beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your beach excursions. The condo is also well stocked with cleaning tools, including a vacuum cleaner, swifter sweeper and an array of cleaning supplies.

- Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria - A long-standing favorite offering authentic Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive wine list. 5–7 minutes drive.

- Luca - Elegant and upscale, perfect for a special night out. Mediterranean-inspired menu and a beachfront setting at Caribbean Club. Roughly 10 minutes away.

Check-in:

- You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code 2-days before arrival.

- You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in.

- Early check-in is subject to the cleaning schedule following departing guests and can be confirmed with the property manager the day before your arrival.

Check-out:

Self check out @ 11:00 AM: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message and before arrival.

- There is NO Late Check-out, unless arranged with the property manager as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests.
