Living area has lots of comfortable seating and a Queen sofa sleeper

Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all new cupboards-
Breakfast bar has 4 barstools for informal snacks

Dining table has 6 chairs for those leisurely meals with family and friends

Master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the balcony

Master bathroom has a tub/shower combination

2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to balcony

3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed

Bathroom has a tub/shower combination

Balcony has a table and chairs and the Gulf Front View lets you relax and
enjoy the sparkling gulf waters, sugar white sand beaches and dolphins
playing in the water.

This condo has lots of upgrades, new living room furniture, new TV's and
recently redone bathrooms- all make your stay comfortable and inviting so you
can enjoy your long awaited vacation.

We welcome you to our oasis at the Gulf and look forward to your visit soon.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Girls Trip

A group of professionals needing an end of year vacation. Weather was perfect and so was the stay. Wish toiletries were available to pre purchase.

Will Book Again!!!

We could not have asked for a better location! The condo was clean and cozy! Rooms were spacious! Being an end condo, there were more windows and view than expected! And if you’re like me and want to cook more meals than going out to eat, the kitchen has everything you will need! To include a slow cooker and blender!

Great Property

Great property overall. We had some confusion with the check in process and didn't get a message about how to check in. Other than that great place, close to the beach, amazing pools, etc. The traffic is a bit heavy since it's close to Florabama which makes it tricky to pull out and turn left. It would also be nice to have some direction on where to store larger items like paddle boards.
