The Guest cottage: The main house is distinct and separate from a guest house at the back, which has its own fenced entrance. Please note that the guest house is occupied by a 1 tenant at this time. The Main home is separated by a fence separating the guest cottage and the main home. The guest cottage tenant has no shared spaces with the main home.

Great Place

Everything about the property was great. Location, cleanliness and convenience of little things you don’t think of was awesome. For my family of 5 worked out great. Everyone had their own bathroom which is a must for us. Will definitely recommend it. We will be staying here again,

Odor is quick to respond and very accommodating. The property is as listed. We enjoyed the space in the house. Well stocked with travel essentials such as toothpaste, cotton wipes, toilet paper, etc. would stay here again!

Lots of space and in a convenient location

We stayed at Ofir's place during the last month and a half of our own home renovation. The house is very big and can easily accommodate a large family or two families. The kitchens and bathrooms are well-equipped with supplies. It is also well situated. It is very close to grocery stores, the 101 and 405 and all the fun on Ventura Ave. Ofir is an excellent host. He is very kind and quick to respond to inquiries. It was an excellent house for a long term stay. We highly recommend it.

Nice house, good neighborhood

House was large enough for all my guests to stay comfortably. Love the huge master closet. Upstairs living room is nice for people trying to do different things. We fit up to 4 cars in the driveway and could park more on the street if needed. Backyard was gated so my dog could run around without worrying about him getting out. House was clean and had anything we needed. Loved that it was fully stocked with extra toiletries even qtips, floss, and mouthwash. Great place would come back if I had multiple guests coming.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Came to LA for our Grandson's wedding. Needed a place for 8 people all family. So needed 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. This home fulfilled all our needs. Family traveled from Nevada, Utah and Michigan. Ofir meet us explained everything about the home. During our stay had NO problems at all. Plenty of parking close to all sites to visit. We were only in town for 3 nights. With the wedding only had time to see some of area and LA. / Santa Monica. Close to Whole Foods to stock up on what we needed for the short stay. Everyone of the family gives this home 5 STAR'S . Thank's to Ofir for being the perfect host.

Not only was the property just what we needed, but the owner went out of his way to be accommodating. The owner welcomed us and showed us around. We then struggled with the remotes for the TV and he came back over and reviewed it with us. I would recommend this property to anyone. It is clean and has everything anyone would need.

Spacious, Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for my family’s vacation. It was HUGE and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe; no concerns. Ofir, property manager was responsive to all our requests during our stay. I would return to this property again and recommend it to others large groups.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

-There were plenty rooms, bathrooms and TV's for our family's needs. I particularly liked the master bedroom's walk in closet. -The kitchen was well stocked, appreciated the coffee maker with k-cups already there for us. -Out door space was really nice. We often ate out there. -There were a few issues that needed attention. I will email or text the owner, but nothing major. -We loved our stay there and would rent again!

The house is very spacious and had everything we needed from extra towels to cooking utensils.. the owner was very quick in his response to answer any questions we had.. Loved it!

The house was in the perfect location for our travels. Omir was very responsive. He responded right away each time I contacted him. The house was very spacious and safe. We were allowed to check in at 2am because our flight landed really late. We had no issues what so ever. He was also nice enough to reimburse us some money because the blow dryer was not there and some of the remotes were missing batteries.

Very nice house with ample room. There was plenty of room for us and our guests and we enjoyed the location as it was close to NOHO and an easy trip to downtown LA. The master bedroom and bath are quite spacious.
