The 2 completely remodeled bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. Large lot with 120' of lake frontage. 40 ft dock with a bench seat to chill at the end of the day. Zero entry into water . 2 kayaks are provided for your use. A firepit that includes wood to roast marshmallows at the end of the day. 18x36 inground pool with outdoor bar. Outdoor deck with patio set and chaise loungers. Kitchen is stocked for your cooking needs. No need to bring the essentials. We provide linens, towels, tp, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. We live in the area so any issues will be addressed ASAP.. We strive to make this a stress free vacation so no cleaning is required. Conveniently located 10 miles from EAA grounds and Xroads 41. 5 miles to EAA sea plane base. 2 great restaurants within 2 miles. SXS and Atv from our driveway. A great place to call homebase while you're away, We hope you enjoy your stay.

Excellent Weekend Getaway!!

The house was perfect for our group of friends for a weekend of golfing and boating. The yard and lake view were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. Conveniently located near several restaurants and golf courses. Highly recommend!!

This house was wonderful! The owners were great and easy to communicate with. Very large and comfortable home on the lake. Included many fun activities and kayaks to play on the water. There were airplanes flying all around and doing touch and go’s right in front of the property. Grocery stores just minutes away. We had the best time and felt right at home!
