Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person per night if not disclosed.

NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc ($100 fee will apply).
NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc. incur $500 fee per instance)
USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button underneath or use an Allen wrench in slot underneath to free it up.
