Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used linens in the laundry and start the wash cycle. Bonus points if you have them all washed, dried, and put away :)
Trash can be put into the large 30 yard dumpster just north of the parking pad. Additional trash bags are located under the kitchen sink.
Please turn off all lights when checking out. You can set the air to 76 during cooling & heat to 68 during heating. On the lock keypad, click the lock symbol and that will lock the door behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was very spacious, it is even roomier than it appears in photos we had a small get together and it was perfect size and had great features like the shower and open floor plan in kitchen, dining , living room area everything was just perfect.

This is a great place! It is way bigger than i thought. Beds and nice, the kitchen and living room are great. I do wish there was a dish washer but not a huge deal. I love the shower! Host was very helpful durning check in. Great place to visit family for the holidays.

What a fantastic property! Great attention to detail in design and decoration without being “busy”. Quiet and safe. Clean and well-stocked. Will absolutely return here next time we are in the area and will recommend. The space feels larger than expected.Comfortable seating area in front of the tv with reclining chairs, tv, games and decorative fireplace. Dining table seats 8 with more chairs at the countertop bar. Felt like I could have cooked just about anything in this kitchen had I been inclined.
