Charming 1-bedroom cottage with WiFi, AC in beautiful Playa Hermosa
Hacienda Hermosa consists of 7 villas on the property surrounding a central swimming pool. The Ocotal cottage is right off the pool deck and offers a queen-size bed, a small couch, AC'd bedroom, TV and closet for your clothes. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with hot water. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, toaster, and glass bar table top with seating for 2 with a direct view of the pool. The patio also has a workspace table. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage.

We are the Rill family from Washington State in the USA. God led us to Costa Rica in 2009. We have a complex in Playa Hermosa, Gte, called Hacienda Hermosa, 2 ocean view condos in Playa Flamingo and 2 beachfront condos in Playa Potrero. We love Costa Rica and have been blessed. Both of our children graduated from an international high school and my wife taught there as well. We of course enjoy the weather where we can be outside year-round. Enjoy the planning stage as you learn about this wonderful country and we hope you will choose to stay with us.

Playa Hermosa has a beautiful blue flag beach. It is a quiet town close to all amenities including the airport, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, and many outdoor activities. The property provides a community atmosphere.

Hacienda Hermosa consists of 7 villas on the property surrounding a central swimming pool and barbecue area. Enjoy relaxing among our numerous avocado, banana, noni, orange, and mango trees. A small grocery store is across the street, and a larger one is 200 meters down the road. The beach is easily accessible as it is only 1 km (.62 miles) away. It is a quick 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to reach the gentle shores of Playa Hermosa. We possibly have the most palm trees of any property in Playa Hermosa.
