Lovely sized yard and house for anyone looking to stay with dogs (or kids). Our dogs had a great time.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The house was very clean and updated. Limited on dishes but we managed. The weather was over 100 degrees and the AC was not on for our arrival or working until we messaged the owner who controlled it from their phone. Once we contacted them it worked fine. All was good for the purpose of our trip to visit family and for our dads 80th birthday party we hosted nearby but my one major callout is they charge per person who enters the home - even if they are not staying there and that was not clear in the details. We did not have more people staying than what the listing shows they accommodate. We would not have booked had we known that. We have stayed in many other rentals to visit family in that area and never had this issue. Liked the house overall.

For future guests, we’d like to clarify our pricing to avoid any confusion. The base nightly rate covers the first four guests, and an additional per-person fee applies thereafter. When booking, entering the correct number of guests automatically updates the total cost at checkout, ensuring no surprises. In this reservation, only 1 guest was entered, but on the day the guest arrived, she requested to host 10 people. That difference is what caused the concern about additional charges. VRBO and our insurance policy require the exact amount of guests on the reservation. We’re grateful you enjoyed the home and our apologies for the confusion. -Steven

Bugs and spiders throughout the home. (on Beds and pillows and in the bathroom) Microwave did not work. Door with glass frame was unstable, ended up breaking.Ceiling fan was unstable. Animals in the backyard at night.
