Hacienda Hermosa comprises 7 villas on the property surrounding a central swimming pool. The Coco cottage is one of two 1-bedroom units right off the pool deck. It consists of an AC'd bedroom with a couch and an armoire for your clothes. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with hot water. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a blender. Bar seating at the kitchen window with seating for 2, with a direct view of the pool. In addition, there's an outdoor table on the patio for al fresco dining. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

We are the Rill family from Washington State in the USA. We have been coming to Costa Rica since 2009 and bought our first investment property in Playa Hermosa, GTE, Costa Rica called Hacienda Hermosa. We since have added two condos in the Presidential Suites complex in Playa Flamingo where we have been living and two beachfront condos in the Pacific Beach Condo complex in Playa Potrero, the most recent one in 2022. Needless to say, we love Costa Rica. Both of our children graduated from an international high school here in Costa Rica and my wife taught there as well. We of course love the weather where we can be outside year-round.

Playa Hermosa has a beautiful blue flag beach. It is a quiet town close to all amenities including the airport, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, and many outdoor activities. The property provides a community atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

Hacienda Hermosa consists of 7 villas on the property surrounding a central swimming pool and barbecue area. Enjoy relaxing among our numerous avocado, banana, noni, orange, and mango trees. A small grocery store is across the street, and a larger one is 200 meters down the road. The beach is easily accessible as it is only 1 km (.62 miles) away. It is a quick 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to reach the gentle shores of Playa Hermosa. We possibly have the most palm trees of any property in Playa Hermosa.
