Guest Access:

All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy of their ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests. Maximum apartment occupancy is 4 guests.

One FREE assigned parking space (must register your car at check-in and display your parking permit at all times on the dashboard.

*Paid Valet parking is also available.



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $60 for 12 PM or $100 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.



- NOTE:The contractors will carry out operations on the balcony lines, extending from the PH to the first floor. Please note that the balconies will be locked and inaccessible to residents.

Please note that the nature of the restoration process can result in noticeable construction noise as of Monday, January 29, 2024, drilling and hammering. We anticipate each phase of the completion of the project within a period of two months, depending on the weather conditions ”.





The laundry is located on the same floor across the unit and is shared with the neighbors. It has a small fee per load. The guest is responsible for purchasing a laundry card at the front desk.



Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc) can be delivered to the front desk with the following fees charged by the building: $5 for small packages and $10 for large ones.

Guest access

Upon arrival, guests will need to pay a Resort fee of $51.5 for your entire reservation. All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy feef their ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests overnight. Maximum apartment occupancy is 6 guests





Guests will have access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, convenience store, coffee shop, business center, meeting room

In case of orders, all packages going to front desk, please ask in advance fees for a keeping

**Dear guests as we mentioned our standard check in time is by 5 pm, but in frame of seasonality, it possible delay, due to housekeeping overload with cleaning

Please be informed that building is running construction company to installing the new soundproof windows.



The unit must be accessible to the construction team at 9 am on installation day. Delaying the entry to the unit will cause a delay in the project.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN THE DELAY OF THE PROJECT WHICH CAN CAUSE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO THE ASSOCIATION, WHICH WILL RESULT IN FINES TO THE OWNERS AND POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION.

The windows will be installed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Once you get the notification from the host that contractors are coming to your floor, ALL FURNITURE AND BLINDS MUST ALREADY BE REMOVED FROM YOUR WINDOWS. A day before the installation, INSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED TO ENSURE ALL WINDOWS ARE ACCESSIBLE.



We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, we must follow this protocol to get this project completed for the benefit of everyone in the building.
