This neighborhood is right in the heart of Gangnam with 2 major subway lines going in every direction (N/S/E/W). Since it is next to a major boulevard, taxis and buses are also readily available. COEX with its City Air Terminal and direct buses to and from the airport, and underground shopping mall with international food court is also only minutes away by foot and 1 stop away by subway. The immediate vicinity of your building is lively with many restaurants, coffee shops, and a vibrant energy. Emart is only a 15 minute walk away and there are many convenience stores right next to your building.

This property is unique due to a combination of the unbeatable location, super affordable price, thoughtful amenities (eg. large desk, electric plug converters for US and other type plugs) and tasteful decor.
