Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Be sure to leave Parking Pass that you kept in your car or you will be charged the replacement fee of $75.00.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours after 10pm
There will be a parking pass that you leave in your car, then return to condo before check out to avoid fees, all other cars will be towed.
There are water spickets along your walk back to the condo, and it's ok to leave the wagon and chairs outside door to keep sand to a minimum.

Amazing and peaceful getaway! The water views were fantastic. We loved watching the dolphins and birds each day. Very close to the beach. The accommodations had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, the beach, trolly stop. Would definitely stay here again.

The 2nd floor condo overlooks the intracoastal waterway & you wake to wonderful sunrises and light. It felt like a private retreat. Access to the beach is a short, easy walk across Gulf Blvd. The condo had everything we needed during our 2-week stay. The host provided good info and responded promptly to messages. Highly recommend it!

Amazing view of intercoastal waterway. Could almost see sunset from balcony looking toward Gulf Rd. (One day it was too windy to go on the beach.) Beach access was a block down the road and across the street. Enjoyed watching many birds from the window. Bright, beautifully decorated, comfy bed/sleeper sofa, spacious condo. Has all needed large and small appliances & cookware.

We have stayed in a few different units at this property and this was by far our favorite. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked. Angi was very responsive and went out of her way to give us a great experience. Nothing can beat watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee while sitting in the bonus room!

We absolutely love Indian Shores! We normally do a first floor condo, but since renovations were still going on, we opted for the 2nd floor. Loved our view!!!! Very clean, well stocked and very responsive. Bed was comfortable and the seating nook was perfect. Minus some odd book options, it was great! OH….and a huge shout out for the box fan!!!! Life saving :)

The unit on the second floor was very nice and very clean. It exceeded my expectations. The only downfall was the unfortunate experience of hardly anyone staying in the other units at the time. It was darker than usual, and all of the 1st floor units were still being renovated. Not many of the 2nd floor units were occupied. However, the unit we rented really was beautiful with an exceptional view.

Mold in utility closet on trim, peeling paint on cabinets, major water damage in bathroom, dual shower is awful… you can’t turn the water on to let it warm up or it will spray out into the bathroom…. Which has caused a lot of water damage in the whole bathroom. Shower does not drain so you are constantly standing in water and there is nowhere to put your shower necessities. Owner communicates very well and responds in a very quick manner. We were pretty satisfied with most things until she tried to charge us an outrageous fee for having to move one piece of furniture, wipe lotion/sunscreen residue off of the counter where we stored it during our stay, clean the stove, and tried to blame us for the previous peeling paint on the kitchen cabinets. We were very very disappointed in her trying to get extra money from us after we already paid quite a bit more for our unit than all of our friends had paid for the ones they had rented. I now know we need to take very detailed pictures of everything in the condos before and after we leave so we do not get falsely accused of things.

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to provide a 5-star experience, but we must ensure our house rules are followed to maintain the property for all guests. While we waived several additional fees, the stay exceeded our maximum occupancy of four. This led to documented damages, including to the kitchen cabinetry and a $700 repair to the AC unit. We also had to replace all the trim in the bathroom as the shower had been running with both heads going and the doors open creating water damage which gratefully is now repaired. Additionally, the entire unit required a professional re-staging as all furniture and decor had been moved from their original positions. While the repairs are now complete, we feel our property is not the best fit for your group’s needs and recommend booking a larger space for your future travels
