No hot water for the weekend we were there. Major trip hazard on the kitchen floor where the wood floor had buckled. Outdoor furniture on the front and back porches would have been nice.

I able to get the water to warm up the first night but it took a long time. The following nights the water never warmed up. The home was pretty old and the floor needs be replaced. Other than that the home was nice. My family and I enjoyed it. It was spacious and the host was responsive.
