Traumhaus mit Blick auf die Ostsee

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus auf großem Grundstück am Ortsrand von Göhren; Mobiliar, Küchenausstattung und Gartenmöbel ideal! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Häuschen

Das Objekt ist ideal mit Hund. Ein naturnaher eingezäunter Außenbereich. Es war herrlich am Esszimmertisch zu frühstücken und durch die bodentiefe Fenster das Panorama zu genießen. Ein rund um gelungener Urlaub.

Traumhaft!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Küche voll ausgestattet und funktionell. Traumhafter Ausblick und sehr sauber alles. Der Kamin funktioniert auch sehr gut. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter TOP. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Objekt, schöne Ausstattung, Vermieter wenig interessiert

Positiv: Das Haus ist hübsch und für 2-3 Personen sehr geräumig, das große Wohnzimmer hat mit der Fensterfront einen Blick zum Bodden. Zum Südstrand und Nordstrand braucht man jeweils ca. 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet, mit sehr viel Geschirr und allen Küchenutensilien, die man so braucht und mehr. Der Fernseher ist im Gegensatz zu dem auf dem Bild kein Röhrenfernseher, sondern ein alter Flachbildfernseher, er hat einen HDMI-Anschluss. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer (mit Holz und Anzünder) und der transportable Elektrogrill sind sehr nette Extras. Negativ: Da wir mit der Bahn anreisten, mussten wir alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher in Rucksäcken mit uns tragen. Wir hätten gerne einige Euro mehr bezahlt, um uns diese Plackerei zu ersparen. Da in der FeWo sogar Bettwäsche vorhanden war, die wir aber explizit nicht benutzen sollten, war das etwas frustrierend für uns. Das Wasser ist an einem Tag komplett ausgefallen (einschließlich Klospülung und allem), weil eine Baustelle gegenüber die Leitung abgestellt hat. Das ist nicht die Schuld der Vermieter, aber wir wurden davon überrascht, und wir hätten gerne eine Vorwarnung gehabt. Die Kurkarten hat unser Vermieter uns leider nicht besorgt, sondern nur einen Ausdruck auf Papier, der von den Busfahrern nicht akzeptiert wurde, sodass wir nochmal im Haus des Gastes unsere Kurkarten eintauschen mussten. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön, und mit ein bisschen mehr Mühe von Seiten der Vermieter hätte es nahezu perfekt werden können.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit Seeblick in der Ferne

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und da die Eigentümer es offensichtlich auch selbst bewohnen, findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Blick auf die Ostsee ist sehr schön. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Badausstattung und die Dusche. Zum Strand in Göhren ist es ca. 1 km, der naturbelassene Südstrand ist etwas weiter weg und ruhiger. Ein Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert, auch für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Mönchsgut ist sehr schön und für einen ruhigen Urlaub bestens geeignet. Das Grundstück liegt direkt an der Straße, das Rauschen des Verkehrs ist aber nicht störend. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!
