The area was so peaceful and beautiful. The house had everything we needed, plenty of room and great location. The bed was very comfortable, which I greatly appreciated after a long day of sun and kayaking.

Was very nice place, peaceful surrounding, deer came in the yard a few time. It was away from the crowds but close enough to get to restaurant, State park and springs. Had a nice stay.

Key pad and lock was a nightmare to open and close home. Door jam didn’t fit the door properly. Floor was uneven to walk on. It needed more motion lights in front of home. It wasn’t lit well when coming in late or taking a dog out at night. Beds were ok, we had to unplug the lights around the headboard because remote didn’t work. Otherwise it was ok to sleep at, it was no frills.

Great little cottage, walking distance from Mason Creek Boat Ramp. Perfect for our family of 4. Charcoal grill was great, laundry was also fantastic. Communication with the host was easy. Simple home, but comfortable and perfect for transients like us.

Modern amenities in old Florida setting. This was perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable. The whole cottage was clean. The kitchen was the perfect size for making simple meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay close to Homosassa River and Mason Creek boat ramp. Home has good parking for boat trailer with hoses and plugs to was boat down and charge batteries. House was clean and hosts were very communicative during the stay.
