About this property

Perfect for family and friends gathering, Casa Del Canto is centrally located between Zion National Park and St. George. It is about 45 minutes drive to Zion and 30 minutes drive to St. George. Sand Hollow State Park with its lake, water sport activities, ATV, sand dunes, golf, etc is only 10 minutes away.
Secluded and quiet, yet you are minutes away to restaurants, shopping, attractions & outdoor activities. It is a modern single level home with beautiful view of the mountain and valley.

The master suite with mountain view has a king size bed and its own bath complete with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi.
The second and third bathroom have king size bed and shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom has double bunk beds. There is another full bath next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc.
Enjoy your dinner in the dining room which can sit up to 10 people.
Family room has double sided gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV which has local channels, amazon prime movies, and Netflix.
The converted game room has an air hockey table, a ping pong table, and several board games.
Covered patio with teak furniture and pellet bbq grill are all yours to enjoy.
After a full day of outdoor activities, you can exercise, relax, and unwind in our 14 foot swim-spa complete with swim and massage jets.

Awesome Zion Experience

This property is just as advertised. We had a family get together, and it was perfect for us. Kids loved the swim spa, and we all enjoyed access to Zion 40 mins away. The views are wonderful from the patio, especially sunset. Kitchen had everything you need for meal prep, and BOTH kinds of coffee maker! Showers are large and the master is amazing with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. And everyone enjoyed the game room. Neighborhood is quiet and very private. Garage is large enough for even my long bed Ford. Don't miss golf at Copper Rock, the course you can see from the patio!

Gorgeous!

This place is so special! Beautiful house with amazing scenery. Very close to all we wanted to do. The house had everything we needed and a grocery store pretty close for food /staples.

Beautiful house, beautiful view

This spacious house has amazing views! (I sat outside to do a watercolor of the mountain.) We enjoyed the king sized beds, big kitchen, swim spa (which is more of a hot tub so definitely won’t want to use in the hot part of the day), game room, and also took advantage of the outdoor grill. Two families easily shared the space. Highly recommend!
