This house was absolutely beautiful the rooms were so beautifully decorated. The location is very quiet and very private! The coffee bar is stunning with so many different options to choose from (not just coffee) Even with all the rain we were able to stay in such a cozy warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this house.

We arrived to an immaculate amazing home with all of the amenities that were advertised. The property was attractive and very convenient. It was a short distance to visit our son & his family in Holmes Beach and they joined us for dinner one evening during our stay. My family was impressed with Comfy Coastal home and definitely plan to book another trip. The pool was relaxing, and we slept like babies in the comfortable beds. We plan to visit again ! Thank you to the property owners & manager for sharing this beautiful vacation home with us!

Amazing place to stay. Close to beaches, close to shopping, quiet and easy to find. Home is very nice and had everything we could have wanted. Everything is labeled nicely and easy to find. The garage to park in was great and even has a vacuum to suck the sand out of the car from the beaches. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Will rent again for sure! You will not be disappointed.

This property was, by far, the best equipped and best serviced of any we have stayed at over the past 6 years.The home was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed for a month, including good quality beach chairs, a beach wagon, MANY beach towels, etc. not to mention the appliances, a Marguerita maker, air fryer, etc etc….The lanai was super and we loved being able to control the hot tub. The pool was kept very warm.The home was spotless and the linens were very high quality.We are hoping to o back. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed—and so much more. Tina truly thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable.The pool and hot tub were fantastic and quickly became our favorite place to relax. The backyard was incredible, with plenty of comfortable seating that made it perfect for enjoying time together outdoors.The home itself was beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. You can tell Tina takes great pride in her property, and her attention to detail really made us feel at home.She was an outstanding host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely love to return!Plus another bonus the house was only a 13 minute drive to the ocean. Neighborhood was nice and quiet we definitely enjoyed our week here!!

I had an amazing stay! Everything was so clean and accurate to the listing! The house manager was great, any questions we had were answered quickly, the information binder was also very helpful as well. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The amenities for my dogs were so great! They literally supplied practically everything! I highly recommend going to Clancy's Irish Pub for drinks and lunch! I definitely will be recommending this house to all of my family and friends!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! Such a welcoming place, from the smell walking in, to the beautiful decor, to the comfy furniture from inside to out. The coffee bar was such a cute touch. Beds very comfortable, every cooking essential you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything as described, even better in person. Coleta is very quick to respond to any question! Our only complaint was our trip being too short :) we enjoyed most our time at the house. Clanceys is a short uber ride, fun atmosphere. I cant wait for our next trip back!!! 100% will recommend to anyone!

Location was perfect, the house is immaculate, having my fur baby with us in a very pet friendly home was so special. The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect! Everything you possibly needed to go to the beach was right there. Communication with our host for anything was so easy and pleasant.

5 STARS !!!!This home in Bradenton is phenomenal! The home is extremely clean and well maintained, fully furnished, and many extra ammenities! You can tell how much the owners love it because of how beautiful the decor and furniture fits the coastal beach theme! A fully equipped kitchen and dining areas fit a family or couples needs for entertaining and meals. The pool and hot tub is really a great way to end a day of sight-seeing! If you have any questions or concerns, Tina M., the host manager returns messages instantly! A couple of must-sees: Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island is a short drive and a great beach experience on the Gulf side. Get an excellent meal, some drinks, and stay for the sunset at The Beach House Waterfront restaurant! We've already discussed the possibility of another stay down the road when we return to Florida!
