A great house in a nice neighborhood. Not far from grocery shopping, a park, and an excellent Greek restaurant. Nice house amenities, clean and spacious.

This was an excellent home for my family to stay at while we were visiting town. Very clean. I have young boys and the backyard with the yard games were a huge hit. With other rentals I've experienced in the past, the homes have the absolute minimum. But not this house! The owner was very accommodating and we had great communication throughout the booking process. Next time I'm in town, I'll check the availability of this home before I look anywhere else.

Strange that Peggy even had the opportunity to leave a response , she didn’t even stay at my house. Peggy requested a weekend stay , which I committed to . Once it was excepted I was immediately sent a warning by VRBO of a potential issue and that I had better be careful. I immediately called VRBO customer service , looking for an explanation and direction . This process left me very confused and numerous as a new host. So I asked about the history of this guest and was told that they had a three star rating , this also added to my anxiety about the stay for the reason that I’ve given nothing less than a five star rating to anyone one guest so far . So this wasn’t an easy decision , but given the information that I had , I decided to cancel the booking. This was all done within a half hour of excepting the request , so sorry Peggy I acted very quickly and was only doing what I felt was necessary. Jason
