Only 15 minutes to ND, 30 minutes to Lake Michigan. Dozens of wineries/breweries within 35 minutes. Private, secluded, safe place to relax & party. Clean, comfortable home. Our tiny house out back may also be added for extra fee. Beautiful back yard w/large, heated pool & covered deck, hot tub, fire table, gas grill, fire pit, screened-in porch, picnic table, cornhole, mini golf. Ping pong, foosball, air hockey, board games inside. Perfect for summer getaways, bachelorette party, ND games, etc.
The space
- Not fancy, but clean, comfortable, beautiful home with backyard oasis. Can sleep 10. Sleeps 12 if adding our tiny house out back.
- Sleeps 10: king bed in 1 bedroom; queen beds in 2 bedrooms, 2 large couches (1 in Living Room; 1 in lower level), 1 twin bed in lower level, and 2 full-size air mattresses available in lower level.
- Perfect choice for enjoying our unique outdoor and indoor amenities for some fun and relaxation with your group.
- Great place for your group to pre-game for Notre Dame games.
- Two full bathrooms.
- Fully stocked kitchen, HDTV, Roku, Fire Stick.
-Staycation! Once you arrive, there is no need to ever leave until checkout. But if you do want to explore the area, we are five minutes north of South Bend; 15 min. from Notre Dame. 35 minutes or less to Lake Michigan and tons of wineries, breweries, and golf courses!
Owners can provide free coupon cards to guests for area golf courses. Lake Michigan will provide free stunning sunsets.
Easy drive to New Buffalo, St. Joseph, South Haven & Warren Dunes State Park. Restaurants, Meijer, fast food only 5 minutes away.

Wonderful Setting for a Small Group

We stayed at Barry's during my during graduation from Notre Dame. We found the house very comforting and great for a group of people. The weather was not warm and the pool was not ready for use but we did enjoy the hot tub.

Great House near Notre Dame with lots to do

We stayed with older teens in the family to attend a Notre Dame Graduation and had a great time. House is clean and well decorated. There is all kinds of fun things to do while there, pool, hot tub, ping pong, cornhole etc. Owners are very responsive, great communication. Great stay, Thanks

Football Weekend 10/2023

Our family of 6 had a great weekend at this house. Everything was immaculate and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Located about 15 minutes from Notre Dame, we were close to restaurants, the campus and local stores and it was nice to have a place that fit all of us. Barry and his wife were great hosts and we will definitely stay there again next time we visit ND.

Little Gem!

We had my best friend’s bachelorette party here and it was the perfect location! It was easily accessible to a lot of the things we had planned (Wineries, New Buffalo Beach, etc) with everything being between 15-30 minutes away. It is very close to the Southbend airport and stores for any last minute needs. It was tucked away so it was private. The pool and hot tub seemed to be the main attraction with my group and they were very well maintained! Barry showed us around and made us feel right at home. Book this home!

Lives Up To The Name

We had 7 adults in this house for a long weekend. We spent most of the time out in the pool and the hot tub giving us more than enough space. The group has decided that from now on, a screened in porch is a must after we ate lunch outside in a short rain storm

Wonder weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at their home. They were very accommodating to all of our needs. Communication could not have been simpler. They place was kept very clean, they offered so much for us to do, and the pool was absolutely amazing to use for the weekend. Several casinos close by. Whitewater rafting and kayaking on the St. Joseph River, Redbud Motocross, Fernwood Botanical Garden, orchards, farm stands, and plenty of great restaurants also nearby.
