The location was great and suited our needs. The owner is easily accessible. The check-in process was easy. Thank you! We really enjoyed the area and plan to come back!
A great and affordable option for a couple or a small family. The property more than met our needs for a week stay on the island. It allowed us to relax in the evening, cook our own food and was close to all the sights and activities. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Any reviews that say otherwise are incorrect. The beach is beautiful and is sandy unlike some others that can be very rocky. Patty was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. Her pups were very friendly and came by to say hi more than once.We will definitely be back the next time we visit

Placed smelled like smoke. The bedroom door frames were filthy. I no it said no towels but I overlooked that because who doesn’t have towels for there guests? We decided not to stay there and left to drive home instead.

Listing specifically states NO AIR and price reflects that. This is not priced as a 4 star hotel with air conditioning. NOTE: This is a 'cottage'. With air conditioning. As the posting states.
The house was well built, all bricks, every single wall inside and out. The decorations were vintage and unique, with an abundance of them. Surprises that weren’t a big deal, but somewhat inconvenient- no closets, smelled like stale smoke, no dishwasher, no air conditioning unless you asked for it, and there was an additional charge. The place has a lot of potential, but floors, bathroom, and stove needed updated. The “private beach” picture means it is privately owned and you DON’T have access to it. Overall a nice stay, just a little dated.

Hi Mary. I wish you would have asked about how to get to the beach as you do have access to it. I will do a deep clean as no one should be smoking there. Price does reflect no air. Thank you and i do appreciate the feedback.

The cottage was older. But it’s creepy that there is a door with no lock between the two duplexes. Only a piece of scotch tape? The deck outback is completely unsafe as it’s rotting away and there’s a big hole in it. There was cobwebs everywhere and a fresh pile of dog poop, as well as an old pile of dog poop in the front area. I called the host twice. And she has not returned either of my calls.
