Very nice overall

Everything was fine. It would be nice to have a book or something in the apt explaining how the TV works, where to put trash, etc. we also had a change to the garage entry code and no one informed us when it changed. We had to ask for a second key or we could not come and go separately. We purchased 2 wine glasses but left them for the apt. Otherwise, it was very nice.

The area is great. Wonderful restaurants and lots of great shops.

I found it difficult to deal with the landlord. It was hard to get the address ahead of time. He said I'd have the checkin info the day before arriving. We were an hour of town and I had to get in touch with him to give his instructions which were not as complete as they could have been. He said we'd have two parking spaces but only one was available. We were able to park second car on the 7th floor. Had to ask for a second key fob which came after asking a second time. The apartment was under equiped.

THe property was adequate

Our first impressions were extreme disappointment, as the property location was difficult to find. Buildings were not identified, and I spent the first hour or so walking several blocks trying to find the correct location. The CS person directed me to a distant location, separated from my other family members. However, Naseem was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive when I/we finally talked with and met him. He was able to locate me in the same building as my other family members, however smaller, and adjusted my rate accordingly. I am satisfied with his service, but not the other CS phone people who mis-directed me.
