The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, 100% cotton linens, while the brand-new pullout sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space. We have two flatscreen TV’s, High speed internet, portable AC’s on each floor

A fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer,
Two beach chairs, small cooler, and umbrella.

Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, you’ll love being less than a one-minute walk to the bayside beach and close to all the best that Provincetown has to offer. Walk to the town center in less than twenty minutes.

Also enjoy the outside shared patio, grill, bike racks and shortcut to the beach.
We have parking for 7 cars and we have ten units. So it’s first come first served.
