We had a wonderful stay at this location, and our hosts, Martin and Jo, were very friendly and communicative. They even anticipated our need for an additional fan after we checked in. This was during an unexpected heat wave in the UK and was very much appreciated. The rooms were beautiful, large and clean. There was also a bottle of champaign and a box of chocolates to greet us. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable and located close to Moseley downtown area with a grocery store, shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely stay again.
