Awesome stay

Working with Jose (owner) was awesome. He was quick to respond to all inquiries in a fast and friendly manner. Property was great all around and I look forward to our return to continue all of our vacation plans from this location for all of our So Cal trips. Beautiful & Serene Escape

This property is a must if you are looking for something in the Fallbrook area. It is on immaculate grounds in an extremely peaceful setting. The house is extremely well kept and just perfect for our needs. We own a business ourselves and working remotely isn't always easy for us, however the guest house offered comfort and the room for us to conduct business without missing a beat. Jose checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed and everything met our expectations. A 5-star experience all the way around!

Quiet, Private and Well Maintained

Jose's 2 bedroom home was well equipped with dishes, towels, etc. Jose was responsive and clearly was interested in making sure our stay was up to our expectations. He checked on us via messaging but otherwise left us alone. The grounds were extremely well kept. My granddaughter loved exploring the orchard and playing on the patio. From the property you are about 10 min from downtown Fallbrook and 20-30 min from Oceanside depending on traffic. If you are going to be in the Fallbrook/Bonsall area Jose's place offers a lot for the money.

A well-maintained property in a quiet neighbourhood

I am a publisher of a German success magazine, audiobooks and online courses. I always spend the winter in California to do creative work. Jose was a very friendly landlord. I enjoyed the 20 days in the guest house and will be back in a year. The property is well-maintained. The gardeners come twice a week. The garden looks great. The guest house is also well-maintained and clean. It's a quiet neighbourhood, which was for me the reason to choose this guest house. I could sleep very well at night, because it was totally quiet.

Incredible stay

Jose was wonderful before we even arrived. We received a detailed message with all of the info needed first thing in the morning, prior to our arrival. Any question or request that we had, he replied immediately and accommodated us. The views are incredible, convenient but off the beaten path location and sooo relaxing! Parking couldn’t have been better and more secure. We will absolutely stay at the property again if it is available when we are in town. Thank you for making it a great week for our family!!

Month long stay

Great Guest House Stay

Jose rented this property to us when we were in a pinch. He was a gracious host. The next morning he arrived to greet us and bring us additional supplies. He told us to help ourselves to the avacodos, oranges and lemons growing on the property. He suggested places to visit and eat while we were in the area. The guest house was clean and had great air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. The covered patio had a table, dining chairs, couch, lounge chairs and barbecue. The property was perfect for our family! Jose even came to see us off on our next adventure!

A LOVELY QUIET SPOT

This “guest house” is almost as large as my home. All you need for house keeping is provided. The views are fantastic. Entrance was exactly as described and went perfectly. Not too far to the beach, restaurants, shopping and wine tasting.

The house is clean and comfortable. We called it Shangri-la because of its location, away from the busy sounds of the city as well as its beautiful landscape. The property sits high and has a beautiful view of the valley below. It's a place to relax and enjoy! We met the owners and they are beautiful people. My husband, daughter and son-in-law and I had a wonderful stay. We recommend it highly.

Beautiful Hillside Retreat

So beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect for us and we are very thankful. We could get back and forth to our friends home where their wedding was taking place. We helped with all the decorations and it was so nice to walk your hillside neighborhood before "going to work" on the wedding preparations.

Very quite and private. Well maintained property with a beautiful view.

Enjoyed Spending Christmas and ringing in the New Year here. Jose was very accommodating and the property is very well maintained. The peaceful setting was very relaxing and my young Grandchildren had plenty of room to play and enjoy themselves. Since the property is gated I felt very comfortable letting them play outside without having to be worried about them. I will definitely book again if available on my next visit to Fallbrook

Serene and secluded getaway

This rental is exceptional in every way. The secluded and secure location is only matched by the serene setting with gorgeous views and beautiful landscaping. The interior was well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and we experienced no problems. The property manager was responsive to our questions and very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely rental home and would not hesitate renting this property again.
