Amazing home and beautiful area!

The house was amazing and had lots of amenities. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for hanging out in and around. Juan and the whole evolve team were super helpful and made the stay at the house even more welcoming and cozy.

Presidents Weekend

We had a great time. The house is very nice and the location was great. It was close to a lot of places and easy to get ubers back and forth to bars. We were pretty much within 5-10 minutes of skiing at big boulder and lots of restaurants.

The property was spacious but lacking alot of basic things. The restrooms are old and need major repair. The electrical outlets were not working. The place was overcrowded with alot of things but many of them are old or broken. The outside especially the hot tub was nice. The customer service by Juan was fine. Overall ok place to live but doesn’t justify the price I paid for 3 nights.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: - The bathrooms are in working order but are in line with the rustic style of the home. - The outlets in the bathroom have intentionally been turned off for guest safety as to prevent the circuit from being tripped. Fairly Nice Property!

My friends and I had to change houses last minute and we were fortunate enough to find this property. All things considered I would definitely come back to this property. It could use some more cleaning up around the house as a whole but wasn’t terrible. My friends and I had a good time at this house and I’d sure recommend it if your traveling with a small group.

Weekend getaway

The house was very clean and spacious. My friends and I had more than enough room and the outside of the house is great too. Lots of seating outside. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only negative thing I could say, which has nothing to do with the house we stayed in itself, is that one of the homes behind us was blasting music both nights until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. Overall it was a great experience and we would rent this house again.

We had a wonderful time with our family that consisted of 7 adults and 3 children. The place was perfect, couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner was great and got back to us almost immediately when we had any questions. Great place for a family vacation. Will come here again!

Total lie

The description says complimentary amenities but that is not true. You are in fact not allowed to use the resort amenities because only resort guests are allowed to. You can get an owners pass for your stay but need the owner present and he lives in New York. Owner was unwilling to help with this matter. The overall house has a lot of things missing for example all the equipment to actually play the table games like pool and it hockey. The water pressure in the house is almost non existent on the second floor as it is coming from the well, so the second floor bathroom is pretty much useless. Would not recommend living here as there are many affordable and better options in the area.
