There is a six-night minimum stay.
Property Safety: For the peace of mind and safety of our guests, this home is equipped with two exterior security cameras. One is located at the main entryway, and a second is positioned in the carport to monitor the parking area. These devices record video and audio and are strictly for external security purposes.
**Primary guest must be 25+ to book & must be present during entire stay.
Reservations longer than 20 days will have a mid-stay cleaning charge added.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave beds unmade. Place used towels, washcloths,
and dishcloths in front of washing machine.
Wash and put away all dishes.
Please ensure all floats, paddleboards, wagon, etc. are
put back in their location
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
