This fabulous modern, stylish rental boasts 2 bedrooms with (1) queen, (2) twins and a full kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom. 55" TV with a couch and two chairs, and an electric fireplace for ambiance. 50 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. 45 minutes to Rhinebeck. 20 minutes to downtown Hudson. Athens village featuring the Stewart House's waterfront covered bar and outdoor dining is 5 minutes as is Che Figata Bistro in the riverfront town of Coxsackie. The Bistro features the best Italian food with generous portions at a moderate price. Watercraft, either motorless or motored, are not included and are forbidden due to lake ecosystem management.
An acknowledgement of community rules needs to be signed upon check-in, along with the Sleepy Hollow Lake community vehicle registration form. Both need to be turned into the community office upon check-in or the next morning. Towels, sheets, and basic start-up supplies are included. (dish detergent, bathroom tissue, paper towels). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included in the shower dispenser.

I am originally from Rhinebeck NY and I have come to call Sleepy Hollow Lake home for the past 25 years. If you head to Che Figata bistro in Coxsackie, make sure you look for my son, Chaese on Saturday night. I work in public accounting and run an outsourced accounting line of business.
Why they chose this property
We chose Sleepy Hollow Lake because it felt like being on vacation 24-7, 365 days a year. A resort community with beautiful mountain views and the lake and pool in the summer. We couldn't have asked for a better family community.
What makes this property unique
The space is unique and stylish. PLUS+ my heated garage for room for my 04 Audi TT 225 Roadster in the winter.
