The home boasts an open living room/kitchen space. The ground level features an expansive outdoor patio for entertaining or relaxing. This 3-bed/2-bath will provide the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones whether you are enjoying indoor comforts or outdoor adventures!

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for 3-4 cars in the driveway depending on size of vehicle. Street parking is not allowed

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Catamaran Inn is a mixture of comfortability and great location. Near the beach, you are able to have quick access to Indian Beach after a short drive. Pulling into the home, you will find enough parking for up to 3-4 vehicles and a generously sized outdoor area for your enjoyment.

Entering through the door, the kitchen and living room will be directly in front of you. A kitchen island included and fully stocked with basic kitchen essentials to prepare any meal. Nearby, there will be a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom attached.

Next to the kitchen, will be the living room with decorations to make it known you are in a beach home! Large tv with a pull out couch is perfect for a movie night or just to hangout and share laughter amongst each other. With surrounding windows, you can enjoy lots of natural light pouring in from the scenic neighborhood!

Down the hall you will find the remaining bedrooms and common full bathroom. One bedroom features a full over full size bunk bed and the other has one full sized bed.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
