You will have access to everything at the house. The beach, pool, tennis court, basketball court and children`s Playhouse is all shared with the Knights Hill Association.

PLEASE READ:
The beach is a 3 minute drive from the house, the pool is a five minute walk from the house and both are shared. This is not a waterfront property and the pool is shared.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- NO RENTERS UNDER 25 (unless they are children, part of a family)
- No smoking in the house
- ALL dogs must be approved first
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
