The City of Honolulu recently enacted a law which allows rental homes to be rented once within a 30 day block of time. While few guests visiting Hawaii are able to stay 30 days, the law is that the owner may only rent the house once within a 30 day window, regardless of how long or short the stay of the visiting guest is. Our Rental Agreement and scheduling has now been adapted to comply with this new requirement.
Located about 1 mile Waimea beach, enjoy what this 3-bedroom 2 full bath house has to offer. Step into a pleasant atmosphere with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed to choose from. Each bedroom has either a ocean view or mountain view. This soothing retreat also features an office space with a comfy blow up mattress for extra guests. Relax in the fabulous living area or take advantage of the AC, WiFi, and washing machine amenities. Enjoy your time walking distance to world renowned Waimea beach, 7 minutes from Haleiwa town at our cozy house.
