Within 20 minutes of All Star Village and 30-35 of Cooperstown Dreams Park or feet from the feeling like you're a million miles away from crowds, traffic, and noise pollution, our location is it. While it's not quite as fancy smancy as listing #3948932, it's every bit as comfy cozy so all you'll need to get your zen on is food, beverage of choice and personal items; everything else is already there waiting for you. Combine a Zenful stay with our Luxury Glamping Yurt #3948932 for groups up to five adults. Our 20' all weather yurt is open space floor plan each with private full bath. A fully-equipped, well-appointed kitchen includes oven /stove, apt size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, tea kettle...well the list is too long but it's all there ! Your private bath with flushable toilet, hot shower and fluffy towels awaits. Nestled in the forest as the day winds down, watch mama deer and baby forage right from your private deck. You will sense the peace and magic that surrounds. Wake being serenaded by a cascade of woodland birds. Our space is where Nature meets Nurture! My husband and I are transplants; I, from Florida and he from Washington State. Neither of us would ever trade where we are right now. We met 5 years ago while RVing out West and while there are magnificent places out there, none more beautiful than Upstate NY. When we traveled, it was not uncommon to be hosted by people who opened up space for RVs at their home, on their property, at wineries, alpaca farms, breweries, an entire network called Harvest Hosts. Now, we use our two 20' yurts (previously a petite retreat center called Harmony Hill) and 35 acres to host travelers unfamiliar with the peace, tranquility and beauty of Upstate to invite you to Come for a Peace of the Catskills

What makes this property unique

Our driveway starts at the top of McKee Hill, which is only a one mile long road between two other country roads, so it's very private and off the beaten path. Then our driveway is over 2/3 mile in total. Our 35 acres is adjoined by an add'l 35 acres owned by family friends. The privacy, intimacy and overall "zen" is palpable the moment you enter our space.
