Relax in this charming 2-bedroom White Oak home, perfect for up to 10 guests. Main floor includes a king bed, queen bed, crib, and 2 pull-out twins. Game room adds a twin and double bed. No stairs from car to house. Enjoy 2 full baths, washer/dryer, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, blender, mixer, spices, and more. Lower level features a game room with pool table, TV, PS3, office area, and printer. Outside, unwind on the patio with tables, a charcoal grill, fire pit, and burn barrel. Camp in the yard and enjoy the sounds of Long Run Creek. Some housekeeping items for primary guest rental; We require primary guest renting to be 25 years old (or active duty military if under 25 years old, proof of military status will be required ). Also, at time of booking, a valid photo ID of the primary guest renting must be submitted along with the name(s) and age(s) of all guests staying in the residence, and number of cars that require parking.

I am a bit of a free spirit. I am most happy when everyone around me is happy. I find hosting much less stressful than any other work I have done.
Why they chose this property
This location is unique in that out the front door is a restaurant/bar and out the back door theres a camping vibe. White Oak is a quaint town and the house is close to route 30 where the shopping is abundant.
What makes this property unique
The house is on a main road and is easy to find. There are no steps from the driveway to access the house. All the necessities are on the main floor. The office, game room, 2nd bathroom and extra sleeping area are on the lower level. The back yard is a camping vibe with the large fire pit and the relaxing sound of Long Run Creek making it a great place to be in walking proximity to a bar restaurant, and the feeling of getting away to the woods.
