• Keyless entry: Guests are given an access code to easily access the property at their convenience.
• Parking: ONE driveway parking spot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. PLEASE send us a message to confirm if it's still available or if another guest has booked it.

KITCHEN
• Filtered water pitcher available for guests so you don't have to drink tap water or buy your own water.
• The entire kitchen is available for your use. Note there are cabinets/items labeled "host" that are specifically for host use only.
• Fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, cutlery available

• Guests are welcome to use their room and everything in it
• All of the home is available for use unless specifically labeled for "hosts".
• It goes without saying don't eat food in the fridge that isn't yours :)

• You are reserving one private bedroom within the property. Other guests may be staying in the home at the same time.
• Bathroom and common areas (kitchen) are shared with other guests.
• No smoking inside the home
• No pets allowed (unless service animals)
• Quiet hours (11pm-8am) observed for everyone’s comfort
• Stairs required to reach the second floor
