About this property

Charming 3-bedroom house with Pool, in beautiful Estrella Ranch Goodyear

We are only renting for 30 -90 days! We are not a pet friendly rental! Nestled in Estrella Ranch Goodyear, this delightful house boasts 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. One bathroom is a Jack and Jill and is equipped with a hair dryer, towels and a bathtub/shower for your convenience. The Master Ensuite has a shower and separate soaker tub, double separate sinks, walk in closet and is quite large. With amenities like heating, a washing machine, dryer, AC, iron, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. The Master bedroom and living room have newer TV and there is an outdoor TV and dining table on the covered rear patio. The backyard boasts a large unheated pool, recliners, sofa and a gas BBQ. The home is lightly used and will only be rented a couple of times per year. It is nestled amidst the Golf Club of Estrella Course in a gated, quiet and secure community. There is minimal street lighting which allows you to enjoy the night sky. In the neighbourhood you will see Quail, Road Runner, Bobcats if your lucky and many birds. Enjoy your time in Goodyear at our lovely house.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Although unheated, the pool was still quite enjoyable. It was nice to sit around it and relax. We were able to use it when the temperatures rose into the 100's for several days and the pool also rose to a cool, but comfortable temperature. It would have been nice to have a pool net available to clean out leaves and debris that blew into the pool in between the once-a-week pool maintenance people visit.

We are an early 50’s couple and this is our vacation property. We typically use the home one to two months a year. The furniture is lightly used and we aim to keep it that way by only renting a longer rental once a year, up to 90 days. We take pride in the property and everything is well maintained. It is our home away from home! We enjoy the Estrella mountains for hiking and mountain biking, also walking the paths around the two local man made lakes. The community is quiet and well maintained.

We chose this neighbourhood due to its proximity to nature, it’s out of the hustle and bustle of the City of Goodyear.

It is unique for the simple reason it isn't a nightly rental!!
