From the living room you walk through the sliding doors to the terrace (70 m2) where you find a private swimming pool and beautiful garden, with sunbeds and beach chairs for a relaxed stay.
There is a BBQ by the terrace so you and your friends can enjoy a nice evening together.

The living has a seating area with a flat-screen TV, big dining area, fully Air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences such as a refrigerator, freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine.

There are 6 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 Bedroom with 2 beds. All the bathrooms have a hairdryer.


On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings.
The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles drinking water.
 
We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.
 
This listing comes with FREE Electricity 80 kWh a night, thats for normal use enough, water usage from the tab is free by normal usage. When you use more then the FREE 80 kWh the extra cost will be 8 Baht a kWh. The electricity meter will be checked at arrival and again when you check out.
