Great and beautiful villa with 7 bedrooms in the heart of Pattaya, for families and friends. Ideally located, just few minutes from the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Pattaya and Jomtien (about 5 minutes by taxi, scooter, tuk-tuk ...).
Restaurants, bars, general stores available 24 hours a day nearby.
Quiet and with all the amenities beside. In a superb villa residence secured 24/24 with laundry and taxi service. Free parking.
The villa has a large private pool (5x8 meters) and a beautiful tropical garden.
Large outdoor terrace with possibility to make a barbecue near the pool.
Large living room, open kitchen fully equipped (hob, oven, large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes ...).
Snooker, TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, safety box, air conditioner, desk, iron, washing machine, all amenities of a modern villa.
7 bedrooms with king size beds and queen size beds and 7 bathrooms.
Sheets and towels provided.
Villa tastefully decorated, it has all the expected amenities of a luxurious house.

Our manager will welcome you and is happy to be of assistance should you have any questions or to help you to organize your holidays (taxi, scooter rental, bike, car, trips).
We may pick you up at airport and bring you back after your stay. Our driver will wait you at airport and will drive you to the villa. Ask for the conditions.
We are available before and during your stay for any questions, advice or help you need.

The arrival is between 02:00 pm and 02:00 am (next day). Departure before 12:00 am.
Bed sheets and towels are being changed weekly and villa will be cleaned twice a week.
