About the host
Hosted by Jane Merten

Professional working woman. Grew up in Iowa on a dairy farm. I am a marketing consultant for consumer packaged goods selling into national retail stores. I LOVE to travel and spend time with my family.
Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because it is brand new! Really nice and respectful neighbors. Very close to the interstate for quick travel to East Nashville, Downtown, Hendersonville etc. There is a fun playground for kids next to the community mailboxes and a pond that attracts wildlife.
What makes this property unique
My home sits in a hill overlooking the west for sunset views. I have a very large backyard with no neighbors behind me. I often see deer, wild turkey, and a gopher that likes to hang out in my backyard.
My home is minimally decorated, very bright and happy with a lot of sunshine. Cozy furniture for relaxing. A large cement patio with two large rocking chairs for evening wine and unwind time.
