Resort Style Spa Retreat. Hot Tub, Outdoor Gazebo Patio Fire Table & Stone Fireplace!! This is a great house for groups.

Whether for business or pleasure, this peaceful retreat is located in the historic & prestigeous Hillsboro West End neighborhood steps away from Vanderbilt University and close to all the action in the Downtown Nashville Entertainment District.
Our cozy backyard among old growth trees and stone work offers the perfect backdrop for watching the changing of the leaves in the Fall, lounging in the shade of the gazebo in summer or enjoying a libation under the cafe lights in the evening.
Soak in the hot tub, cozy up to the outdoor stone fireplace or enjoy the warmth around the gazebo firetable. On the rare occasion of snow you may opt to snuggle around the indoor gas fireplace or gather in our updated kitchen. In the living room we have a sofa sectional with a big screen Smart 4k TV and highspeed Google fibre WIFI (download speed 100 plus mbs+).. The large dining area is great for gatherings, meals or games. On the lower level we have an LG washer/dryer in the laundry room. Our location is surrounded by restaurants walking trails and stores accessible on foot or "ride-share" services. We have tons of food delivery options. Just text us for details! Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, we would love to host you at our home and we know you will love Nashville!
Our home will comfortably sleep 8 adults. We have 2 king and 2 queen beds. Our sleeper sofa located in the living room is suitable for 1-2 children.

This was a great home base for our first trip to Nashville. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but convenient to many restaurants and attractions. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Rick and Candy also added some special treats and extra touches to make us feel even more welcome. We appreciated their hospitality and amazing communication. The anazing patio area was really what drew us to the place to start. The hot tub was a perfect way to spend cool nights during our visit.

We stayed at Candy and Rick's place for a long weekend over Easter, and our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. The lodgings are very well appointed, and the owners have thought of everything. We had a total of 8 people, and it fit us very comfortably. The backyard patio is your own private oasis. The communication from Rick is the best we have experienced when booking through VRBO. The extra touches they provided were also an added bonus, even some Easter treats. If you are looking for a stay in Nashville away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to all the sites easily, then this is your place!

Great stay! We had a Bachelorette Nash Bash for our best friend. There were 6 of us women (ages 33-42) and we had a lovely stay. House was great, patio was perfect, and the hot tub was a plus! Tudor@Orleans is a great place! The host are nice and went above and beyond on our welcome and stocking the home. Everything was clean and in place with coffee, creamers, honey, sweetners, utensils, face wipes, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, male and female scents high quality like Dove & Neutrogena! The hot tub was hot and patio sitting area was comfy! Each room has it's own bed too!! Close to Candy and walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants ohh and the parthenon too! Quick drive to Broadway and Gulch. While it didn't apply to this trip there are MANY stairs in the home, so not ADA friendly. For a 40gh bday it was PERFECT though!! Thank you Candi and Rick! I would highly recommend your beautiful home!!

We cannot say enough about this property!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience from the booking to the stay. Rick and Candy are amazing hosts who communicate clearly and quickly. This property was a replacement for an original booking which ended up canceling, and we couldn’t be happier with it. I messaged the property as a request to rent this for my sister’s 50th birthday, and within an hour we had an answer and some questions about us and the reason for our stay in Nashville. It was the perfect match for the 6 of us who ended up going- and room for more! When we arrived, Rick and Candy had left a welcome card and a birthday card for my sister, along with some candies, balloons and bundtinis. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very homey- it was our home away from home. Rick and Candy literally think of everything right down to makeup washcloths and wipes. It was a completely relaxed stay because we knew if we forgot something, it was there. The outdoor patio was beautiful, complete with spectacular lighting, a hot tub, BBQ, and a fireplace which they had set up for us in case we wanted a fire. The house was clean and seasonally decorated already, which made it more homelike. Plenty of fans and blankets. A feature we especially liked was the security system was easy to operate and had specific settings. Plenty of space for 6 women, and bathrooms as well, and safe!!Can’t wait to come back and spend more time at the Tudor @ Orleans.Corina G.

Why they chose this property

After our marriage in 1986, my wife and I moved to Nashville from Atlanta. Falling in love with this quiet and historic location near Vanderbilt University we selected this unique home. We occupied this house for many years while we lovingly restored and modernized it.

What makes this property unique

This is a great house for vacation and working trips alike.

Nashville is a Bicycle friendly community with bike lanes and greenways throughout the city. The are several greenway trail heads and bike rentals within a mile of the house.

In a quiet neighborhood the house is centrally location in the best part of town which allows quick access to the entire Nashville Metro area. A convenient 7 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the central business and entertainment district as well as one stop light to the Nashville freeway system illustrates how well located this home is.

Scenic walking and biking opportunities include a short walk to the top of Love Circle for overlooks of the Vandy Campus and Downtown Nashville. During the Civil War, this was an observation post for both sides. Also, a few blocks away, the 470 acre Centennial Park provides miles of walking paths, gardens and water features. The park is anchored by the Parthenon that is a full size replica of the Greek structure and includes a museum.

For medical professionals, Vanderbilt Medical Center, St. Thomas Hospital and Centenniel Hospital are only blocks away.

The charm of the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and fire table Gazebo provide a quiet retreat after a long day out on the town. The patio is also equipped with a propane fired BBQ.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils imaginable including Kuerig and Mr. Coffee makers and stocked with selections of coffees, teas, sweeteners and an assortment of spices & condiments for your convenience. Bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with linens, paper conveniences, a starter supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Baths also are equipped with hair dryers.
