Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels in the tub.
Takeout trash to the dumpster next to the conex box outside.
Please lock the door, then return key to lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hi, I’m Mark Yardley, a lifelong entrepreneur based here in beautiful Beaver, Utah. I got my start in 1987 with a small gas station and, over the years, have grown that into a network of travel plazas, motels, tire shops, and convenience stores, now part of Pilot Flying J. I’ve also had the honor of serving as mayor of Beaver and take pride in giving back to the community that’s given me so much.
