Tjis ground-level historic home in the heart of Roma Norte, just three blocks from Parque México and Condesa. This rare, cozy gem offers a cool, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in one of Mexico City’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Perfect for simple travelers seeking an authentic local experience over luxury, it offers unbeatable walkability, charm, and character at a price that’s hard to find in this area. It’s the perfect location!

This is a tiny home in a duplex with Independant entrance directly from the street which gives you autonomy, and privacy.
While the house is located on a quiet residential street in Roma, it’s important to remember that Mexico City is a massive, vibrant metropolis of over 20 million people. Absolute silence is not something anyone can realistically offer here—especially in a ground-floor apartment.

That said, Manzanillo Street is relatively calm, and the bedroom is set at the back of the house, offering extra privacy and quiet. Still, staying in CDMX means being part of the city’s constant soundtrack—street vendors, food carts, music, and local life. It’s all part of the city’s unique energy and charm.

On Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 5pm, one of the area’s most famous birria and taco stands sets up right outside the building. It’s an absolute gem for food lovers, offering an authentic, local experience—but it also draws a crowd. You’ll likely see a line of people during these hours, especially in the late mornings.

If you’re a here to experience the real Mexico City, this spot offers authenticity, walkability, and incredible street food just steps from your door on the weekend ! Best of all worlds !
