This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, with sunny rooms featuring new floors and mid-century style furniture—warm yet chic.
The space
Linger longer at your perfect beach getaway on the South shore of Boston in quaint Hull, MA. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the ideal spot for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax, recharge, and soak in stunning views of Nantasket Bay. Located just a 5-minute walk from the sandy shores of Nantasket Beach, you’ll be steps away from one of the most beautiful and iconic stretches of coastline in the area. With driveway that can park up to 3 cars.
As you enter through the sunroom, you'll be greeted by a bright, airy living room that invites you to kick back and unwind. The home features a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or enjoy takeout from the many nearby restaurants. (please note it is an apartment size stove so the kitchen is utilitarian, not a chef's dream)
One of the standout features is the fabulous solarium at the back of the house—offering sweeping bay views, a perfect reading nook, or an extra sleeping space with its comfy futon for those who dream of sleeping by the sea.

If you moved any furniture or decor please put it back in its original place.
Turn off all lights, fans, etc. If you used them, please place the outdoor cushion inside the mudroom so they don't blow away. Please lock all doors and windows before you go .
